One merchandising moment, many local experiences.
The Apple Store needed consistent seasonal merchandising visibility across multiple locales and languages. Seasonal store changes need to remain useful to shoppers in different languages and markets. Local variations also have to coexist with consistent URL, rendering and indexation behavior. That makes coordination as important as the recommendation itself.
Translate search requirements into launch work.
I coordinated seasonal SEO updates with merchandising and engineering teams, mapped locale architecture and supported evergreen URLs. Rendering checks, locale QA and launch support gave teams concrete requirements they could incorporate into the release process.
This work required translating search and analytics signals into concrete requirements, aligning stakeholders who owned different parts of the system, and keeping the implementation tied to measurable business outcomes instead of isolated SEO tasks.
Make repeatability part of quality.
This work established a repeatable way to support seasonal commerce rather than treating every market and campaign as an isolated audit. It required understanding the international structure and communicating the search implications clearly to the people shipping the experience.
What this shows
Experience managing complex locale architectures for global ecommerce. International SEO works best when local relevance and shared operating standards reinforce one another.
